Return & Refund

  • 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Poland)
    • You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, as per Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o Prawach Konsumenta, 30 May 2014).
    • To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement of withdrawal (e.g., by email to info@nooredecor.com). You may also use the standard withdrawal form available on our website.
  • Return Conditions
    • The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
    • Nooré Decor may refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.
    • Accepted Returns: Unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
    • Non-Returnable: Customized or personalized lamps (unless defective or damaged).
  • Return Process
    • Email info@nooredecor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • We’ll provide instructions, including the return address. Direct returns can also be sent to the address provided below in the “Contact Us” section.
    • Ship the product back within 7 days after receiving instructions.
    • Once inspected, we’ll process your refund.
  • Refund Policy
    • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via a third-party service. Nooré Decor does not store or use client data for refunds. 
    • Our payment services provider/partner is Przelewy24.

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery (with photos).
    • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    • Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
