Shipping Policy

  • Process Time
    • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • No processing on weekends or public holidays.
    • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
    • Custom items may require additional processing time.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days within Poland.
    • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Tracking availability depends on the chosen delivery method. If a shipping method does not support tracking, this will be mentioned.
    • Free shipping may apply only during specific promotional periods. Nooré Decor reserves the right to modify or withdraw free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
    • Currently, we only ship within Poland.
  • Shipping Cost
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
    • For products that were delivered with free shipping, the cost of returning the item in the event of withdrawal from the contract without any defect will be borne by the customer. This applies to all returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal when the product is returned in good condition and without any fault.
  • Shipping Restrictions
    • We only ship to addresses in Poland.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
    • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Nooré Decor is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
    • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery.
    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • For lost or damaged items, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
    • Nooré Decor is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Tracking Orders
    • A tracking number is provided for all eligible shipments.
    • You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If the chosen shipping method does not include tracking, this will be stated.
