You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
Nooré Decor may refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.

Non-Returnable: Customized or personalized lamps (unless defective or damaged).
Return Process
Email info@nooredecor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide instructions, including the return address.
Ship the product back within 7 days after receiving instructions.
Once inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via a third-party service. Nooré Decor does not store or use client data for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery (with photos).
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
