1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • No processing on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Custom items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days within Poland.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Tracking availability depends on the chosen delivery method. If a shipping method does not support tracking, this will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Currently, we only ship within Poland.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses in Poland.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Nooré Decor is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • For lost or damaged items, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
  • Nooré Decor is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Tracking Orders

  • A tracking number is provided for all eligible shipments.
  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If the chosen shipping method does not include tracking, this will be stated at checkout.
