Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Nooré Decor website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these terms, which apply to all users, including visitors and customers.

  • Orders and Payments
    • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or reject it.
    • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment must be made in full before shipping.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
    • Our payment services provider is Przelewy24.

  • The Camel Skin Lamps

    For the purpose of description and tradition, the term “camel skin lamp” refers to a handcrafted lamp historically originating from the use of camel hide and widely recognized under this name. In contemporary artisan practice, and depending on availability, ethical sourcing, and sustainability considerations, the natural hide used may include camel skin and other compatible hides such as buffalo hide. These materials are processed using the same traditional techniques, and such material variation does not affect the artistic character, functionality, or quality of the product and may enhance durability while preserving the established craftsmanship standards.

  • Handmade Uniqueness:


    All Nooré Decor products (unless mentioned otherwise) are handmade using traditional artisan techniques. Due to the handcrafted nature of production and the use of natural materials, minor variations in design, color, shade, dimensions, texture, surface finish, and symmetry may occur, even among items of the same model. Such variations are inherent to handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.

    Natural skin may exhibit minor dents, surface undulations, organic markings, or slight irregularities. These characteristics are intrinsic to the material and manual craftsmanship. The flexibility of the skin is a deliberate functional property that enhances resilience and longevity and shall not be considered a fault.

    As part of the finishing process, artisans may carry out limited hand-painted corrections or visual refinements to complete the product. These actions do not affect the product’s safety, functionality, or intended use.

    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

    • Each product is unique and individually crafted.

    • Minor aesthetic variations, surface marks, flexibility, and finishing touch-ups are inherent characteristics.
    • Such characteristics do not constitute lack of conformity or grounds for claims based solely on appearance.
  • Warranty


    Nooré Decor provides a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship related to the electrical components of the lamp under normal and intended indoor use.


    What is covered

    • Malfunction of low-voltage electrical components (such as internal wiring, sockets, switches, or transformers.

    • Electrical defects arising from manufacturing or assembly faults.

    • Issues that prevent the lamp from operating as intended when used correctly.


    What is not covered

    • Light bulbs supplied with the lamp, which are provided complimentary as a gift and are not covered under warranty.

    • Natural variations in color, texture, surface, shape, or finish resulting from handcrafted production.

    • Minor dents, surface marks, material flexibility, or hand-finished paint refinements.

    • Normal wear, aging, or patina of natural materials over time.

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, incorrect power sources, or external factors. Cosmetic characteristics that do not affect functionality or safety.

  • Warranty resolution


    Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Nooré Decor will, at its discretion:

    • Repair the affected electrical component, or

    • Replace the faulty electrical component, or

    • Offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

      This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, the customer’s statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.

      All Nooré Decor lamps incorporate low-voltage electrical components intended for decorative indoor use. The electrical elements are pre-assembled or integrated in accordance with applicable European safety requirements for low-voltage lighting. Any modification, misuse, or connection to non-compatible power sources falls outside the intended use and releases Nooré Decor from related liability.

  • Care Instructions:


    To maintain the quality and longevity of your camel skin lamp, please follow these care instructions:

    • Keep the lamp away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
    • Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the natural colors of the lamp.
    • If the lamp becomes wet, gently dry it immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry completely before using it again.
    • Avoid exposing the lamp to extreme temperatures or humidity.
  • Shipping and Delivery
    • Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary by location. Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Returns and Refunds
    • You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, as per Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o Prawach Konsumenta, 30 May 2014).To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement of withdrawal (e.g., by email to info@nooredecor.com). You may also use the standard withdrawal form available on our website.
    • Accepted Returns: Unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
    • Non‑Returnable: Customized or personalized lamps (unless defective or damaged).
    • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery (with photos). We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
    • Nooré Decor may refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.
    • Complaints regarding goods or services may be submitted to our Customer Service Office at Dionizosa 6/60, 03-142, Warsaw, Poland or via email info@nooredecor.com. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt, and customers will be informed of the outcome in writing.
    • Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Use of Website
    • You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to spamming or unauthorized access.
    • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the website’s functionality is prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All website content (text, images, designs, etc.) is the property of Nooré Decor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce our content without explicit written consent.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • Nooré Decor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
